Liz Foulks is a contemporary figurative painter based in New York City.
__

Liz’s work explores the delicate balance between darkness and light, blending elements of reality and abstraction.

She has been creating art since childhood, first self-taught and later refining her skills while studying Visual Arts at Fordham University. By day, she works as a Creative Director, drawing from her experience in digital design to inform her painting practice.

Her latest project, Corporeal Landscape II, explores the nuances of the human form and the unique reflections that occur when pairing them with abstract moments. This work is an immersive experience, inviting viewers to connect with the emotions and narratives woven into each piece.

Liz resides in New York City with her husband & her feline companion/muse, Luna. She is an artist and member of LIC-A, a community of professional artists living and working in Queens, NY. Her work has been featured in galleries across New York, including Van Der Plas Gallery, Ildiko Butler Gallery, Buster Levi Gallery, and numerous others.
